Updated Home In Kent, WA Looks Fantastic With New IKO Cambridge Roofing System By Anytime Roofing

This job required a complete re-sheet with 1/2" CDX to provide a solid and flat substrate to install the new system on, synthetic underlayment and IKO Cambridge shingles. Along with the new roof we also installed new gutters. 

Roofing Scope of Work 

• Tore-off existing roofing shingles.
  
• Replaced entire roof deck with new 1/2" CDX plywood.
• Installed Gator Skin synthetic underlayment as a vapor barrier. 
• Installed IKO Cambridge laminate shingle in the color Dual Grey.
  
• Installed new white accenting gutters.
