We then ensure that all of the deck is sound and replace any rotten sheathing. We then install new uderlayment, leak barrier, peremiter edge flashings, starter shingles, field shingles, pipe boots, step, pan and roof to wall flashings and cap it all off with new ridge cap shingles.
